Werner van Haelst – Managing Partner CSI Netherlands
Werner joined CSI Netherlands as per April 1st, 2003. Werner has more than 15 years auditing experience, both in financial and, mainly, in IT auditing. Since 1995, he has specialized himself in SAP Audit, Control and Security. After being part of, and managing, a SAP Quality, Security and Control Competence Centre, he became member of CSI Netherlands managements’ team. In 2005, Werner became Managing Partner of CSI Netherlands. Werner has extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in auditing large ERP-environments (mainly SAP), design and implementation of (internal) control frameworks in SAP and performing Quality Assurance in large (SAP) implementation projects. Engagements have been performed at clients in all kinds of industries, both on a national and an international base. Additionally, Werner is an experienced trainer and gives lectures at several Universities and seminars. His publications are in the area of control and audit of integrated environments.
Education:
The educational career of Werner is Business Economics and Information Management (Tilburg University), Post-graduate degree in Accountancy (Tilburg University) and a Post-graduate degree in EDP Audit (Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam). In addition, he completed a large range of SAP-specific training courses (e.g. in FI, MM, ASAP).
Jur Huizenga - Partner CSI Netherlands
Jur is co-founder and partner of Control Solutions International Netherlands. He has over 25 years of experience in the field of IT-auditing. He serves clients in a broad field of industries with an emphasis on financial institutions. Currently his main activities are Quality and Project Assurance in complex IT-development projects.He is a teacher at the post-graduate Audit training and the Executive Master in IT Auditing training both at the University of Amsterdam (UVA), is involved in the IT-Auditing education at the Rotterdam University (EUR) and has published on several IT-Auditing subjects.

Marcel Huyskens - Partner CSI Netherlands
Marcel is the founding partner of Control Software International and one of the founding partners of CSI Netherlands. Within the CSI group he is in particular responsible for the international distribution of the unique CSI service concept and the operations of CSI companies outside Belgium and The Netherlands. Marcel has over 15 years of experience in the field of SAP audit, security and control. With his solid knowledge he provides solutions for clients in various industries. Marcel is also a gifted presenter and trainer. He provides many presentation and workshop sessions for customers in the Netherlands and abroad.
Education:
Marcel first graduated as ‘Register Accountant’ at NIVRA (Dutch Institute of Certified Public Auditors) and next as ‘Register EDP Auditor’ at VU (Dutch Free University). He also followed several SAP courses varying from base system to functional modules.
Henk Peter Wind - Partner CSI Netherlands
Henk Peter is a partner of Control Solutions International Netherlands. He is certified EDP auditor and CISA. His specialization is implementation, auditing and training of security and controls concerning SAP R/3 and SAP Netweaver. Henk Peter has over 10 years of experience in this field and his clients are leading international companies. Henk Peter is chairman of the working group authorizations of the VNSG (Dutch SAP Usergroup).
Education:
The educational career of Henk Peter is Management Economy (University of Groningen) and Post-graduate EDP-Auditing (University of Rotterdam). He also completed several SAP-courses and CISA. Henk Peter is Certified SAP Netweaver security consultant.
Astrid Jonkergouw – Management Assistant CSI Netherlands
Astrid is management assistant at CSI Netherlands since June 2008. She has gained experience as a secretary at several multinationals in the Netherlands over the years. In these occupations she worked as a secretary and HRM assistant.

The education career of Astrid is Secretary and Management Assistant at Schoevers (Eindhoven).
Femke Boonman - Management Assistant
Femke is management assistant at CSI Netherlands B.V. since July 2006. In this function she will, based on her experience, take care of amongst others marketing and events of CSI Netherlands. During her study Femke did an internship at a venue organization bureau and co-organized different venues and a congress.
Education:
The educational career of Femke started at the NHTV Breda with the study Leisure Management. After which she went to the University of Tilburg. There she received her Master degree in Leisure Studies in September 2006.
Wendy van de Lande - Office Manager
Wendy joined CSI Netherlands as per September 2005. In the function of Office Manager she is responsible for setting up the back office and all Human Resource activities. Wendy has worked at several companies as Executive board secretary and managed the department. The last few years she worked for the government as staff employee disaster prevention.
Education:
The educational career of Wendy is Management Economics and Law (HBO Breda) and communication for the government. She also completed related courses like PR & Marketing, web-site maintenance, reporting and managing a secretariat.
Arthur Rikken – Senior Consultant CSI Netherlands
Arthur joined CSI Netherlands as per February 1st, 2006. Arthur has more than 12 years auditing experience, both in financial and in IT auditing. Since 1998, he has been part of a SAP Quality, Security and Control Competence Center of a Big-4 Audit firm. Besides that Arthur has over two years of experience in an internal audit environment. Arthur has knowledge and hands-on experience in auditing large SAP-environments, design and implementation of internal control structures in such systems and performing Quality Assurance in large (SAP) implementation projects. Engagements have been performed at clients in all kinds of industries, both on a national and an international base.

The educational career of Arthur is Higher Business School for Economics - Information Technology (HEAO Arnhem), five years of a Post-graduate degree in Accountancy (Nijenrode University) and a Post-graduate degree in EDP Audit (Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam).
Douwe Zijlstra – Senior Consultant CSI Netherlands
Douwe joined CSI Netherlands in 2001. He has more than 3 years of IT auditing experience in various large environments. He managed the Planning & Control department of a Real Estate company, and was responsible for the implementation of the FI/CO module. His current focus is on SAP authorizations and IT-audit of SAP systems. He is based in the North of the Netherlands.

The educational career of Douwe is Business Economics (he passed it cum laude, University of Groningen) and Post-graduate EDP-Auditing at the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam. He also completed several SAP-courses.
Frank Hoogers - Senior Consultant CSI Netherlands
Frank has joined CSI Netherlands as per November 1st, 2006. Frank has more than 25 years experience in financial auditing, financial and management accounting and IT security. Since 1999, he has been responsible for Security and Authorizations within the SAP Competence Centers of large (international) SAP systems. Frank has in depth knowledge and hands-on experience with design and implementation of internal and business control structures and authorization concepts in SAP systems.

Hubèrt Aelbers – Senior Consultant CSI Netherlands
Hubèrt joined CSI Netherlands in November 2002. Before he started at CSI, he had over 5 years consultancy experience in global ERP implementations. In these projects Hubèrt fulfilled disciplines as functional consultant, project manager and trainer. Related to these implementations he investigated numerous business processes, organization structures and automated systems. Within CSI Netherlands, Hubèrt primarily focuses on (J-)SOX assignments, general IT controls, auditing large ERP environments (mainly SAP) and the design and implementation of corporate internal control frameworks for SAP systems. Related to this he is involved in the further development of the CSI Accelerator® application (CO module) and its content. Hubert has performed engagements at clients in all kinds of industries, both on a national and an international base.

The educational career of Hubèrt is Business Economics (HEAO Utrecht), Post-graduate degree in EDP-Audit (University of Rotterdam) and Certified Information Systems Auditor (ISACA). He has also followed several SAP training courses (AC900 - Internal & External Auditing and AC200 - Financial Accounting).
Jos de Waal – Senior Consultant CSI Netherlands
Jos joined Control Solutions International in 1999 and works on SAP R/3 security, internal control and authorizations. He has a broad, international experience in IT with implementing business and financial software. Jos is Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) and has been involved in several projects (e.g. EURO-migrations, SOX implementation) and interim IT management. One of his specializations is the SAP R/3 Central User Administration (CUA), LDAP and portals.
Education:
The educational career of Jos is Management Economy (University of Rotterdam) with specialties in law and informatics (IT) . He has followed the post-graduate EDP-Audit education at the Erasmus University Rotterdam. He also completed SAP and control courses, business related courses and CISA.
Meta Hoetjes – Senior Consultant CSI Netherlands
Meta joined CSI Netherlands as per April 2004, having more than 5 years of IT auditing and SAP security experience. Since 2002 she has been part of a SAP Quality, Security and Control Competence Center. Meta is Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) and has an extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in auditing large SAP environments at clients in all kinds of industries, both national and international based.

The educational career of Meta is Higher Business School for Economics - Information Technology (Hogeschool Alkmaar) and post graduate degree (RE) in EDP Audit (Vrije Universiteit of Amsterdam). She also completed several SAP-courses and CISA. Meta is Certified SAP Netweaver Security Consultant.
Amar Rambocus –Consultant CSI Netherlands
Amar joined CSI Netherlands in September 2007. After a couple years of working as a System Administrator in several organizations, he focused on SAP. He has 3 years of experience working with SAP, the first 2 years he gained work experience in the field of user administration and authorization roles whereas the 3rd year he focused more on functional implementation aspects of SAP and resolving application issues.
Education:
Amar's educational background is Communication Systems (HBO Utrecht). Furthermore, he attended several courses such as ITIL Foundations, Prince2, MCSE and SAP Periodical Sales and Distribution.
Ewald Franse - Consultant CSI Netherlands
Ewald joined CSI Netherlands in November 2004. He has over 6 years SAP consultancy experience. Ewald has got IT audit, project and support experience in SAP authorizations and also in several SAP R/3 modules, such as MM, SD, HR and the FICO module. He has participated in several implementation projects also in global environments. Ewald also participated in Sarbanes Oxley projects. His current focus is on IT auditing, SAP security and -authorizations.
Education:
The educational career of Ewald is Business Informatics (HBO Eindhoven) and a post-graduate degree in IT Auditing (Executive Master of IT Auditing, Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam). He completed several SAP courses and he is SAP certified in the FICO module.
Henkes Hendrickx - Consultant CSI Netherlands
Henkes has been with CSI since 2003. He has over 5 years experience as (technical) application manager of ERP applications (SAP FICO and PM, Baan IV and Baan ERP) during which time he was involved in the development of ERP Competence Centers for both applications. After a tropical intermezzo on Curacao where he prepared an outsourcing solution for a network company, he started with CSI researching and developing services for cooperation with SRA accountant firms as well as providing training and courses for various CSI tools. Currently he is involved in international implementations of the CSI authorization concept in corporate environments, providing support structures for the run and maintain phase and train the user organization in the authorization concept and the use of the CSI tools for SOD analyses and maintenance.
Education:
Graduated from the Groningen University in Business Administration, Henkes attended several SAP (FICO/PM and MM) and Baan courses and is in the process of finishing the post-graduate EDP-audit at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam.
Joanne Verspuij - Consultant CSI Netherlands
Joanne joined CSI Netherlands in March 2008. Previously Joanne has been active as a Human Resources Manager (HRM) in several government organizations, among them the federal penitentiary in Breda. Additionally, she worked as a freelance web designer / web programmer. She started a SAP traineeship in 2007, and currently focuses on SAP authorizations and IT audit.
Education:
Joanne’s educational background is Human Resources Management (HBO Breda). Furthermore, she completed ITIL Foundations and attended several SAP-courses such as ABAP programming, Netweaver XI/BW, Authorization, FI/CO, MM and SD. Joanne is also a Microsoft Certified Professional and a ComTIA Certified Professional.
Loes Bouman – Consultant CSI Netherlands
Loes has joined CSI Netherlands in May 2008. She has one year experience in SAP. After having gained experience as a SAP MM/ Master Data officer within the area of a new SRM tool at Philips Purchasing, she started a traineeship focused on, among others, SAP. Previously Loes was active as an archivist of Board of Management documents of Philips International.
Education:
The educational background of Loes is Medieval Studies (cum laude, Utrecht University). She completed ITIL Foundations and attended several SAP-courses such as Netweaver, Authorization, FI/CO, MM and SD.
Marcel van den Heuvel– Consultant CSI Netherlands
Marcel joined CSI Netherlands in February 2007. After having gained theoretical experience with security in organizations, he started a traineeship focused on, among others, SAP. Previously, he gained work experience in the field of security while working for former Philips Semi-conductors on their ‘telework’ project. He also gained practical experience working on several projects for the of Business Security classes.
Education:
Marcel’s educational background is Business Engineering (HBO ‘s Hertogenbosch). Furthermore, he completed ITIL Foundations and attended several SAP-courses such as Netweaver XI/BW, Authorization, FI/CO, MM and SD.
Marco Klein Goldewijk - Consultant CSI Netherlands
Marco Klein Goldewijk joined CSI Netherlands as a consultant on the 1st of May 2004. He has over 11 year experience of managing SAP authorizations in different SAP environments like R/3, BW and CRM. His current focus is on implementing, maintaining and monitoring SAP Authorizations. Marco is Certified Information System Auditor (CISA).
Marco has been the chairman of the working group authorizations of the VNSG (Dutch SAP User group) from 1998 until 2001.
Education:
The educational career of Marco is urban and rural planning (Radboud University, Nijmegen). He attended also several SAP training courses (FI/CO and CRM) and CISA.
Martijn Dijkman – Consultant CSI Netherlands
Martijn has joined CSI since November 2007. Previously Martijn was active as a Laboratory trainer at an MBO education center for two years. Following this Martijn enrolled in an intensive Sap training before starting at CSI. At CSI Martijn is involved in authorization projects using CSI Accelerator® and CSI Authorization Auditor®.
Education:
The educational background of Martijn is chemistry and teaching (HBO Tilburg). He completed ITIL Foundations and attended several SAP-courses such as ABAP programming, Netweaver, MM, SCM and SD.
Paul Overmeijer – Consultant CSI Netherlands
Paul has joined CSI since March 2006. He has two years experience in SAP. He has been active in day to day SAP authorization maintenance and in two kernel projects at a large international company. The projects at hand relate to conceptual redesign and audit compliance. Currently Paul is performing day to day monitoring for two SAP kernels. Also he is heavily involved in expansion of the monitoring framework from 2 to 5 applications. Previously Paul was active as an Integral Process Engineer at a medical company.
Education:
The educational background of Paul is Business Engineering (HBO Eindhoven). He completed ITIL Foundations and attended several SAP-courses such as Netweaver, Authorization, FI/CO, SCM and SD. Currently he is following a CISA course.
Peter Poppelaars – Consultant CSI Netherlands
Peter joined CSI in October 2006. He has over five years of experience in SAP, with a main focus on Data Migration, ABAP programming and implementing and maintaining authorizations. In the past, he participated in SAP implementation projects for a large international company. He is currently involved in several authorization projects.
Education:
The educational background of Peter is HBO Informatics and several SAP courses in Logistics MM/SD, ABAP Programming and authorizations.
Peter Wijnen - Consultant CSI Netherlands
Peter is a consultant at CSI since August 2005. He is a consultant having over 5 years experience. The first 3 years of his career Peter worked with a large global operating bank as a security administrator. At CSI Peter is involved as consultant in SAP authorization projects and audits.
Education:
The educational career of Peter is Business Informatics (HBO Eindhoven). He completed several SAP (SAP BC and Security) and ITIL courses. At the moment he is studying Post-graduate IT-Auditing at the Erasmus University of Rotterdam.
Rob Oldenhof - Consultant CSI Netherlands
Rob is a consultant at CSI since April 2005. He has over 7 years of experience in managing SAP authorizations and 5 years of experience in application management of the financial modules in a SAP R/3 4.6 environment.
Besides he participated in implementation projects of SAP and setting up application management according to ITIL.
Education:
The educational career of Rob is Business Informatics (HBO Enschede). At the moment Rob is studying Post Graduate IT Audit at the Vrije Universiteit of Amsterdam.
Ton Algra - Consultant CSI Netherlands
Ton is a consultant at CSI since January 2005. He has been working in the field of managing SAP authorizations since 1994. Ton has been the chairman of the working group authorizations of the VNSG (Dutch SAP User group) from 1997 until 1998. During his period in Sweden he has founded and managed an international security group within the global SAP Competence Center within a leading international company. He was responsible for the development of a global R/3 authorization concept, as well responsible for the implementation, rollout and maintenance in more then 15 countries spread overall the world. In 2004 he was nominated for the Joop Bautz Security Award. Currently he is involved in international implementations of the CSI authorization concept in corporate environments, training the user organization in the authorization concept and the use of the CSI tools for SOD analyses and maintenance.
Education:
Ton has been educated in electro technology. During his period as a Security manager in the Netherlands he has been trained in specific security skills and has now more then 20 years security experience. Beside this he has also been trained in Middle Management, Management Leadership and Account Management.
Vincent Willems – Consultant CSI Netherlands
Vincent Willems joined CSI Netherlands in April 2007. He has two years experience in ABAP programming and three years experience in SAP Security. Vincent has got project and support experience in SAP authorizations in different SAP environments like R/3 and especially BW-SEM. He worked in several roles in large companies in a wide variety of business. He has participated in implementation and upgrade projects in global environments. His current focus is on SAP Business Intelligence (BI) and Strategic Enterprise Management (SEM) authorizations.
Education:
The educational career of Vincent is Chemical Technology at HBO Eindhoven and at the Technical University of Eindhoven. He attended several SAP-courses such as ABAP developer, SAP authorizations and BW authorizations.
Wai Ming Li - Consultant CSI Netherlands
Wai Ming Li joined CSI Netherlands in October 2006. He has two year experience in ABAP programming and three year experience in SAP Security. Wai Ming has got project and support experience in SAP authorizations in different SAP environments like R/3, BW and SRM. He has participated in several implementation projects also in global environments. His current focus is on SAP authorizations.

The educational career of Wai Ming is Information Technology (HBO The Hague). He attended several SAP-courses such as Netweaver, authorization and ABAP. Wai Ming Li is Certified SAP Netweaver security consultant.

Klaas-Piet Meindertsma - Partner CSI Meindertsma
Klaas Piet Meindertsma is the founding partner of CSI Netherlands BV and he is managing director of the EDP auditing business. He has been involved in several projects for several years such as: assignments at large bank, large electricity corporation, public building company, waterworks company, management organization, health care, accountants, governmental organization and a public international industrial corporation for an evaluation of the reliability and effectiveness of information systems and automated organizations, to realize reliability in information systems, for project management for automation/financial projects and cost research and as interim manager. Klaas Piet is president of the ISACA Dutch chapter since April 2007.
Education:
The educational career of Klaas Piet is Management Sciences (HTS, Leeuwarden), Management Economy and Managerial Information Sciences (University of Groningen), Post- graduate Accountancy (University of Amsterdam), CISA and Register EDP-Auditor. He also has completed several important trainings such as Accelerated SAP.
Ronald Lips - Principal CSI Meindertsma
Ronald Lips has more than 15 years of auditing experience in both financial and (mainly) IT auditing. He worked in several roles for middle size and large companies in a wide variety of industries. Ronald participated in a broad variety of projects for governmental and other public organizations, oil and gas companies, banking and insurance and telecom operators. Some of the projects Ronald participated in relate to quality assurance, post implementation controls reviews, system audits, process analysis, general controls reviews and operational audits.

The educational career of Ronald is Business Economics (Erasmus University Rotterdam), a post-graduate degree in Accountancy (Tilburg University) and a post-graduate degree in IT Auditing (Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam).
Jan Steen – Consultant CSI Meindertsma
Jan Steen joined CSI Meindertsma as per May 2007. He has gained more than 4,5 year audit experience within the government (mainly Department of Defence and Department of Justice). In the role as auditor he worked within several audit teams as well as on an independent basis on a wide variety of projects and tasks. Jan has hands-on experience in the field of quality assurance, (project)reviews, system audits, audits on general- and user controls as well as operational auditing. He is a generalist with a strong affinity for technique, management of information technology and information security.
Education:
The educational career of Jan Steen is Information Science and Information Technology (HBO, The Hague) and a post-graduate degree in IT Auditing (Executive Master of IT Auditing, Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam). Furthermore Jan is a Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) and he completed several courses such as Prince2 Foundation, ITIL Foundation and ITIL Practioner Security Management. In addition he attended several profession-related courses such as project management and SAP auditing.
